AI Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and intellectually curious AI Analyst to join our growing innovation and intelligence team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for extracting insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting the development of AI-powered tools, and driving strategic decisions across departments.

You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to build models, optimize workflows, and interpret patterns that support scalable growth and smarter experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive analyses using statistical and machine learning techniques to identify patterns, opportunities, and business risks

• Evaluate the performance of AI/ML models and suggest improvements or optimizations

• Work alongside data scientists and engineers to support data preprocessing, feature engineering, and training pipelines

• Develop dashboards and visual reports to translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

• Assist in designing AI-driven solutions for automation, personalization, fraud detection, and operational efficiency

• Stay updated on emerging AI trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure competitive advantage and ethical alignment

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning support role

• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and popular data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar)

• Strong storytelling skills — able to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

• A curious, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for turning data into strategic advantage
