Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Trison PLC processes refund requests for services rendered. Our commitment is to maintain a fair and transparent refund system, aligned with industry best practices.

General Policy

All services provided by Trison PLC are considered bespoke and professional advisory services. Once initiated, services are generally non-refundable due to the nature of the resources committed and administrative actions taken.

However, under certain conditions, a partial or full refund may be considered at the discretion of management.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• The client paid for a service that was not initiated or delivered
• A double payment was made in error
• The client cancels in writing within 24 hours of payment and before service commencement

No refunds will be issued:

• For services that have already been initiated, processed, or delivered
• If the client fails to provide required documentation or communication necessary for service execution
• For delays caused by third-party institutions (banks, registries, etc.) beyond our control

Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients must:

• Submit a written request to billing@trison-plc.com
• Provide a detailed explanation of the issue and reason for the refund
• Include payment confirmation and any relevant supporting documentation

Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days and responded to accordingly. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Dispute Resolution

We strongly encourage clients to contact us before initiating chargebacks or disputes through payment providers. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.
